Use the WAS cutting technology for the maintenance of power plants. This process leaves the material structure of the cut component unchanged, as no heat develops during cutting.

With the Water Abrasive Suspension (WAS) cutting process, a fine-grained, sharp-edged cutting materials, the so-called abrasive substance - also referred to as abrasive or cutting sand - added. This way, the water becomes the support element of the abrasive. The procedure works so effectively that even very large cutting depths in very hard materials are achieved. Separating activities on "sandwich materials", which e.g. have a linking on the inside, can be quickly and simply handled in one work step this way.

In areas, where attention must be paid to flammable sparks and heat development, the WAS cutting process is particularly appropriate. For example, we safely perform cutting activities on coal bunkers during running operation, as due to the cold cutting, coal dust explosions are safely avoided.
