THE TECHNOLOGY

The technology is proven to be ecologically friendly, especially in explosive environments. Even hardest materials as well as sandwich-structures can be separated easily by cold cuts. Fields of application are found within the petrochemical industries, nuclear power plants and power plants, tunnelling and bridge constructions, decommissioning of military structures and ordnance disposal and further more.
A further decisive factor is the mobility of the system, which allows cutting operations at the most diverse lacations – even under water.

The technology is permitted to be utilised in exlosive areas – up to ATEX zone 0 (certificates pending).

THE APPLICATIONS

• TUBES
  Separating cut for repair, revision and dismantling
• TANK FACILITIES
  Cuts of the upper tank bottom of dual tank bottoms for repair, revision and dismantling. If demanded, the lower bottom of dual layer tank bottoms will not be affected!
  
• RUBBER COATED STEEL-PLATES AND VESSELS
  Dismantling of facilities. Even and uneven structures can be cut easily.

  Cut of openings with any shape (radial, linear and circular)
• UNDER WATER
  Cutting under water; e.g. cutting of sheet pile walls utilizing remote operated manipulators
• Water-jet cutting of glass fibre reinforced inliners mounted in sewers
  
• Cutting of concrete in explosive areas as e.g. digester towers and gas generation facilities
